TRAILSIDE RETREAT

Trailside Retreat is a stunning new build with unobstructed views of Mt Crested Butte.  Located just above the town's recreational path in one of its newer neighborhoods, it boasts floor to ceiling windows that bathe the home in natural light and illuminate the American Clay walls and ceiling.

Upon entry one is greeted by a custom Andrianna Shamaris table signaling the grand details that lay within the space.  A dramatic Quartzite slab waterfall separates the kitchen and dining spaces with their many built-ins, custom details such as wood wrapped island, herringbone wood floors, drapery panels and bespoke additions like custom leather cabinet pulls.  In the chef's kitchen you’ll find a custom copper hood as well as many copper accents on the Bluestar appliances.  The bar was created to showcase the CB Spaces designed wine refrigerator with its steel and wood beams.  Tongue and groove paneling in two colors encapsulates the primary bedroom and bath, creating a warm feeling within the large and peaceful spaces.  While the main house is an ode to the warm and inviting feeling the homeowners exude, the ADU is another example of great design in a smaller space.
