Sunflower Ranch" stands as a remarkable full remodel, transforming from its 1980s origins to a modern marvel completed in 2021. This property earned accolades with a feature in Peak Magazine in 2024. The renovation breathed new life into the space by making strategic alterations to windows and roof pitches, all meticulously crafted to maximize picturesque views.

In the kitchen, CB Spaces introduced a custom curved and upholstered banquette, and a robin egg blue range and refrigerator. These design choices speak directly to our client’s preferences.

Additionally, the project encompassed the construction of a new guest house, which reflects the primary home. While this space may be smaller in size, it is in large style, with its custom-designed bunk room, handmade tiles that surround the fireplace, and blue ceilings that coordinate with the kitchen cabinetry. All these features add further allure to this ranch oasis.
